Pricing that starts free and stays honest.

Public repositories review free, forever. Private repositories get 100 reviews a month on the house. When a team needs more, one user upgrades for $20 a month.

Free for public repos. $20 a month when you go private.

Questions, answered.

Is WellMerged free for open source?

Yes. Reviews are unlimited on public repositories on the Free plan. Install the GitHub App and every pull request gets Stories, findings, checks, and an impact map at no cost.

What counts as one review?

One review is one Story generation for a pull request at a given commit. A new commit on the same pull request starts a new review; comments, chat messages, and dashboard views do not count.

What happens after 100 private reviews in a month?

Private repository reviews pause until the next month or until you upgrade to Pro. Public repositories keep reviewing without limits either way.

What does the $20 Pro plan include?

Unlimited pull request reviews for a single user on your own GitHub account or an organization you own, with the monthly cap removed. One subscription covers one user.

Does WellMerged store my source code?

WellMerged stores normalized diffs, Stories, findings, and review state. GitHub stays the source of truth, and nothing is written back to your repository without the GitHub App you installed.

Which languages does it review?

Any language on GitHub. Reviews are language-aware for Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Rust, Java, Ruby, and PHP, with deterministic checks for each.

Does it post comments on GitHub?

By default WellMerged posts one comment with a link to the review dashboard and keeps it updated on every new commit. You can turn that off per repository.

Every pull request has a story. Read yours.

Install the GitHub App, open a pull request, and review it in the order it makes sense.
